Welcome to St Finbarr’s Catholic Primary School and thank you for considering St Finbarr’s for your child’s education.

We are proud of our history of over 100 years  of providing quality education for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6. The original school site was situated next to the Catholic Church in Ruskin Street before moving out to Arakwal Court in 2008.

Our school has spacious, beautiful grounds where our 280 students can creatively learn and play in a natural setting.

Our play based approach to learning in the early years provides students with a smooth transition from an early childhood setting. This approach develops important learning dispositions to help students become life-long learners.  An Inquiry approach to learning in the Primary Years encourages student voice and choice with a focus on student engagement and helps build a love of learning for all students. Professional, caring staff facilitate a dynamic, contemporary and flexible learning environment.

We’d love to show you all we have to offer here at St Finbarr’s. Please call the office on 66856 342 to arrange an appointment.
